Whether your company is just finding its legs or facing the challenges of a thriving business, Zac's objectives are to make certain he has a grasp of the issues, work with you to craft a clear strategy, and perform for the benefit of you and your business.

Years of practice have allowed Zac to represent clients at every stage - first-time business owners, venture capital investors, high-growth startups, and established companies in traditional industries - both domestically and internationally. 

Zac has served as transaction counsel for deals ranging from $10,000 to over $250 million while he started, operated, and sold technology companies. Each opportunity brings its own challenges and excitement. 

Coming from a small town in Oklahoma, Zac enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife (and business partner, Lauren) and their young daughters. Whether traveling dirt roads on a gravel bike, hiking a steep trail, or paddling a fishing kayak, Zac is energized by spending time with nature.
